Join three-time world ballroom dance champion, “Dancing with the Stars” Pro, and creator of LaBlast, Louis Van Amstel, on Wednesday, April 10, 6-7 PM at The Ranch Concert Hall in Ft. Myers, for a LaBlast Fitness Concert.
What’s LaBlast? LaBlast was created by Van Amstel in response to his dance partners’ problem of how to stay in shape after the show ended.
Amstel’s solution: LaBlast Fitness.
LaBlast is an all-ages and ability level class that combines easy-to-learn ballroom dance patterns and fun fitness movements – all set to a variety of top 40 music that will work your body, mind; and lift your spirit –and it is partner-free!
Doors open at 5:30, class 6-7 PM.
Discount tickets $15 online in advance; $25 door, space permitting.
