Participants will also receive a copy of Dr. Lorig’s book “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions”.

Sessions will be held at the South County Regional Library, 21100 Three Oaks Parkway, Estero, on Wednesdays from 1 – 3:30 p.m. beginning Jan. 27.

Seating is limited and registration is required. Please call 239-424-3122 for more information.
