Scattered showers and isolated storms this afternoon, moving fast from west to east About 50 percent of Central Florida can receive measurable rain, with the chance for an isolated storm, mainly in the afternoon Showers and storms will likely be more numerous along the coast. Higher showers and storm chance as the week progresses and a series of cold fronts get closer to Central Florida. We will trade the heat for showers and storms starting Thursday.
