CHANGES AT THE GREATER LEHIGH ACRES CHAMBER OF COMMERCE – MOVING FORWARD INTO THE FUTURE!
With the New Year came changes at the Chamber.  At the request of the Board of Directors I became Chairman of the Board with responsibilities of re-setting the course of the Chamber with new partnerships with other trade organizations in the region and for expansion in our region.  Several cosmetic upgrades are being accomplished at Chamber HQ. The focus of the Chamber is the business community of Lehigh/Eastern Lee County. We are developing an exciting program for volunteers and for those who would like to be involved.  For more information about the Chamber of Commerce see www.lehighacreschamber.org and feel free to contact me direct at 239-369-3322 or 239-565-8450.
In this issue of Voices Carolyn Peplow of Lehigh Acres Community Services outlines many of the great services offered by this great organization.  Together with the Members of the Florida Legislature who represent our region – they recently hosted Farm Share at the Community Services parking lot.  Farm Share together with so many volunteers serviced over 500 families in Lehigh Acres with food assistance. This program along with other programs for persons in need is part of the mission of Lehigh Community Services.  Give Carolyn a call at 239-369-5818 and visit www.lehighcommunityservices.com
