By Mike Welch

EAST LEE COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE will hold its 2021 Gala on June 19th at the Plantation Golf & Country Club beginning at 6:00 p.m.  This yearly event was postponed from its usual January date because of COVID19 restrictions and the feeling that many would not attend due to the circumstances at the time.  The June 2021 Gala will be a celebration in modified form as the 2022 Gala in January is around the corner.  Our teachers will be honored and schools in Alva and Gateway will join us for the first time.  For more information call the Chamber Office at 239-369-3322 or see www.ELCCOC.org
