At this writing, the local Chamber of Commerce is busy at work with preparations for its Annual Gala and with the honoring of those in service to our community in the fields of education, fire and public safety and healthcare. These past two years have heightened awareness of the men and women who are in these fields in what has been a pandemic of a lifetime.
