FutureMakers Coalition has teamed up with David Lawrence Centers to introduce FREE Mental Health First Aid Training to our community, aiming to bolster resilience in our workforce.
The Adult Mental Health First Aid training program is designed for individuals aged 18 and older. Certification involves a 2-hour self-paced online coursework component, followed by a comprehensive 6.5-hour in-person training session led by qualified instructors.
What Participants Will Learn:
During this interactive training program, participants will gain essential skills to identify behavioral health concerns by recognizing signs, symptoms, and risk factors. Through practical, real-life scenarios, attendees will develop and practice intervention strategies crucial for supporting individuals in crisis.
