Scheiner is now distinguished as a board-certified specialist or expert in Civil Trial Law.
Board certification is the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar. Of Florida’s more than 107,000 lawyers, less than 1% are board-certified in Civil Trial Law. To become board certified, attorneys must meet the highest standards for special knowledge in their certification area and are subject to a thorough peer evaluation. Candidates must demonstrate skill, character, ethics, and a reputation for professionalism.
