A highly anticipated Grand Opening will be held in LaBelle on January 8, commemorating the merger of Belle Realty with Coldwell Banker Preferred Properties, headquartered in Lehigh Acres.
“We were very excited at the prospect of bringing Belle Realty, which has really been a staple within the LaBelle community for some 20 years, into the Coldwell Banker fold,” said Fred Elliott, Broker and Co-Owner. “Doing so opens up a myriad of services offered by Coldwell Banker for those in the LaBelle, Hendry County, and Glades County areas who are considering selling or buying primary or vacation homes, commercial properties, or agricultural land holdings.”

The festive Grand Opening celebration, complete with a ceremonial ribbon cutting, will take place from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Coldwell Banker Belle Realty office, located at 419 Hickpochee Avenue (State Road 80), LaBelle. The event will be held in conjunction with a LaBelle Chamber of Commerce After Hours gathering, featuring a variety of delicious hors d’oeuvres and desserts.
