Adult Programs
Knit and Stitch
1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, 18
A casual, self-guided group of knitters and crocheters that join together to share projects, ideas and techniques. Participants are encouraged to bring their own projects and tools. Basic materials and supplies are available for newcomers.
Book Discussion: “The Horse” by Willy Vlautin
10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 5
An award-winning author explores loneliness, art, addiction, regret, love and hard-won empathy in a novel that captures the life of a journeyman musician unable to escape the tragedies of his past.
Fandom Fest Bingo
1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7
Celebrate your favorite fandoms with an exciting bingo game. Perfect for fans of all ages, this event features themed trivia, great prizes and other fandom fun.
Curiosity Connection: Virtual Reality
10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11
This month, we’ll dive into virtual reality with a hands-on experience with the Meta Quest 2 VR headset. Curiosity Connection offers adults in our community the opportunity to explore a new subject each month in arts, culture, science and technology by combining interactive presentations and hands-on experiences with open and engaging discussions.
DIY Holiday Cards
10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14
Join us in making personalized holiday cards. Choose from pre-selected designs or create your own unique cards. All supplies will be provided. This program is not intended for children under age 13 years.
Children’s Programs
Help Me Grow: Books, Balls and Blocks
10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6
For families with children through age 5 years. Children will participate in games and activities while parents complete a screening to ensure that their children are developmentally on track. Parents will also be provided with resources for activities they can do at home with their children. In partnership with Healthy Start of SWFL/Help Me Grow.
Fandom Fest Bingo

Pre-K Holiday Craft
10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 13
Join us for a festive holiday craft program designed especially for little ones. This hands-on program invites children ages 3-5 years to explore their creativity while celebrating the joys of the season.
Homeschool Hangout: Winter Movie
1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19
At this Homeschool Hangout, school-age children will watch a movie, craft and share some snacks. Movie will be rated G for general audiences.
Music & Movement for the Holidays
10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 20
This holiday-themed preschool music and movement program invites you to sing, chant, play instruments and dance while exploring sounds, rhythms and patterns that make up our language.
Teen Programs
