Local restaurant owners Matthew and Alex Creach successfully opened the new downtown location of their gourmet southern food restaurant, Fancy’s, on Wednesday, August 6th. The highly-anticipated opening of Fancy’s second location culminated in a vibrant evening of elegant and elevated dining, as staff and guests alike absorbed the excitement of the long-awaited experience.
Fancy’s new location, nestled in the heart of downtown Fort Myers at 2214 Bay Street, carries the same commitment to quality, gourmet dishes that Fancy’s guests know and love: utilizing beef tallow in place of all seed oils, crafting all sauces in-house, and offering a highly-curated selection of imported wines. Fancy’s guests can expect a stylish, warm-hearted atmosphere, accompanied by the signature southern hospitality and unforgettable flavors Fancy’s is famous for, when visiting the restaurant’s downtown location
“This new chapter of Fancy’s would not have been possible without the months of hard work put in by our Fancy’s team,” said Matthew Creach, owner of Fancy’s Southern Cafe. “Our first day downtown was even more successful and fulfilling than we could have imagined, and we could not be more thrilled as we look forward to the bright future of Fancy’s.”
Matthew and Alex shared that their vision for Fancy’s has always been about bringing people together over excellent food and genuine hospitality, and the first night of Fancy’s downtown location left guests and staff saturated in that familiar hospitality and inviting atmosphere.
Fancy’s Downtown location is open to diners Monday through Sunday, offering an expansive menu of southern dishes and drinks. For more information, visit fancyssoutherncafe.com.
