Haunted Prison …see you there…if you dare!
The Hendry Correctional Institution (Immokalee, FL) opened in 1977, housing the most extremist hardened criminals in Florida until the closure in 2015. With sentences of life without parole to death row, prisoners didn’t make it out alive. The state closed the institution due to the unsolved murders taking place behind the walls. The shrills and cries of the beaten and hopeless, the mental breakdown of the criminally insane, and vibrant spiritual energy has been experienced by those who survived a night. It has become the scariest place in Florida.
