LaBelle is turning 100 — and the community is throwing a party worthy of a full century of history.
On Saturday, November 8, 2025, Barron Park will host the official LaBelle Centennial Celebration, a large-scale public festival showcasing a century of local heritage, culture, and community pride. The event runs 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM and is open to the public.
Organizers say the evening will blend old LaBelle with new LaBelle — featuring historic imagery, classic Americana elements, and modern attractions.
A Packed Day of Family Fun
Attendees can expect:
- Family games & activities
- Classic American food
- A dunk tank with special community guests
- An exciting drone show
- A colorful golf cart parade
- A car show
- And many more interactive experiences
Archival photographs and timeline displays will help tell the story of LaBelle’s rich past — from early riverfront scenes to the days of the original downtown and the old swing bridge era.
Community Coming Together
The event is made possible by a coalition of local businesses, organizations, ministries, and community partners.
Sponsors include:
Suncoast Credit Union, Owen Ames Kimball, U.S. Sugar, Woodard & Curran, FPL, FGCU, Blue Line Law Firm, Family Eye Care, Grace Baptist, Avow, and more.
Their support underscores the continued community investment and civic spirit that has shaped LaBelle since 1925.
A Century in the Making
City leaders say the 100-year celebration is not just a look back — it is a recognition of what LaBelle is building toward in its next century.
Barron Park — along the Caloosahatchee River — will serve as the backdrop for this milestone moment.
