Fort Myers, Fla. – Great White’s lead singer and Van Halen’s lost boy Mitch Malloy and his brand-new band, Malloy announced today that they will hold a release party at Ter-Tini’s on Saturday, February 27 at 8 pm.

Malloy will celebrate its first single, “My Therapy”, which was released in February. The release party, hosted by Ter-Tini’s, will feature a concert featuring songs from Great White, Van Halen, and many others.

Malloy was signed to RCA records when his first solo record “Anything At All” came out in 1992, which landed in the Billboard Hot 100. The singer-songwriter would eventually go on and perform on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

Known as Van Halen’s lost boy, Molloy was invited to Eddie Van Halen’s studio and recorded a demo of the classic “Panama” before being told by Eddie he got the gig. However, his joining Van Halen was reportedly overridden by then-manager Ray Danniels.

Tickets for the concert will be sold on molloytheband.com.  Doors open at 8:00 pm, show starts at 9:00 pm.
