Red Velvet Cake Balls

Thanks to Christina Monty for submitting this recipe to us!

You can make this at Christmas time or anytime you want a different choice for dessert. I use red velvet cake mix for Christmas, but I did vanilla cake mix for Thanksgiving. It is delicious but very sweet (and fattening).

What You Need:

1 box of Red velvet cake mix

1/2 container of cream cheese frosting

1 bag of milk chocolate chips

1 bag of dark chocolate chips

1 bag of white chocolate chips

Prepare and bake cake mix as on box and let it cool for an hour. Once cake mix is cooled, crumble into a large bowl. Add frosting and mix together. Roll the mix (cake and frosting) into balls, (it can either be big or small-depending on how many you want to make). Put the balls on a cookie sheet and cool for 1 hour. Drop balls into chocolate (mild, dark and white), take out with spoon, put them on wax paper on the cookie sheets.

Put in fridge to harden till ready to serve.
