There have been a few FIRSTS for our very active group of networkers this Fall:
Friday Night Alive happened in the Edison Mall, where 15 members and guests came together to network one Friday night and attend the after-party at the Twisted Crab for amazing seafood.
The first-ever SWFL Business Network and SWFL Business Alliance Career and Job Fair happened on October 22nd at Edison Mall. A total of 30 employers met with 150 candidates from 11am to 8pm. Two employers filled all their job openings totally, and many candidates started their jobs the very next week.
Our next event is the SWFL EXPO featuring Home, Health, and Service businesses on Saturday, November 20th at the Edison Mall again. The event will kick off at 10am and end at 8pm. We’re going to have businesses from home, health, wellness, wealth, insurance, and service categories present to interact with mall-goers. Be sure to sign up for giveaways at the check-in table.
