FORT MYERS, Fla. (Dec. 30, 2020) – Pavese Law Firm is pleased to announce that Ryan Swick has joined the firm as an associate and will be practicing in the areas of Community Association and Planned Development Law, Construction Law, and Real Estate Development Law.
Prior to joining Pavese, Mr. Swick practiced construction litigation in Miami, where he represented general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and condominium associations in construction litigation and contract matters.
Mr. Swick obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science, Economics, and Public Policy from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor and L.L.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law. During his time in law school, Mr. Swick was a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board.
